MinistroPro is a SaaS platform for the administrative management of churches and religious organizations. The service helps manage members, ministries, events, attendance, formation, tasks, internal finances, inventory, repertoire, member portals, and independent services such as Stream Radio.

We may collect account data, such as name, email address, role, associated church, and information required to authenticate users.

Customer churches may record operational information about their congregation inside the platform according to their own administrative needs.

In Stream Radio, we may process audio files, programming metadata, radio name, logo, brand images, public links, streaming activity, and technical data needed to provide AutoDJ, live broadcasting, and API features.

We may also process technical data, such as IP address, access logs, device, browser, and security activity.

We use data to provide the contracted service, authenticate users, maintain security, process subscriptions, respond to support requests, and improve platform stability.

We do not sell personal data. We do not use church or member information for third-party advertising.

Subscription payments may be processed by external providers such as Creem. MinistroPro does not store full card numbers or banking credentials.

Payment providers process the information required for billing, tax handling, fraud prevention, and compliance.

We apply reasonable safeguards to protect information, including authentication, role-based permissions, and logical data separation by church.

We retain data while the account remains active or while needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, or resolve disputes.

Users may request access, correction, deletion, or export of their data when applicable.
