Terms of Service

MinistroPro is a SaaS web application for church management. The product is delivered digitally through access to the online platform.

The service includes tools for members, ministries, events, attendance, formation, tasks, internal finances, inventory, repertoire, member portals, and the independent Stream Radio service when contracted.

Access to MinistroPro is sold through monthly or annual subscription plans. Each plan may include limits for churches, users, members, or features.

Stream Radio may be contracted as an add-on for MinistroPro customers or as an independent radio-only service. Unless otherwise stated, the radio-only plan includes AutoDJ, browser-based live streaming, a public player page, custom logo, stream link, basic API, and up to 1.5 GB of audio storage.

After payment or plan activation, the customer receives digital access to the account and can manage the organization or radio from the web dashboard.

The customer must use MinistroPro for legitimate administrative purposes of their church or organization.

The platform may not be used for illegal activities, fraud, spam, abuse, sale of prohibited products, regulated financial services, gambling, adult content, or investment management.

Regarding our Artificial Intelligence tools (AI Assistant and chat assistants), it is strictly prohibited to attempt to generate, process, or request NSFW (Not Safe For Work), harmful, explicit, sexually suggestive, or violent content. The platform is a safe administrative environment, and any attempt to violate this policy will result in immediate account suspension.

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information entered, assigning appropriate user permissions, and complying with laws applicable to their organization.

For Stream Radio, the customer is solely responsible for obtaining the licenses, permissions, copyright clearances, and authorizations required to reproduce, store, publicly communicate, or transmit music, sermons, programs, images, logos, and any other content.

In the Repertoire module, the customer is solely responsible for having the copyright, licenses, and authorizations required to add lyrics, chords, and any other musical content. MinistroPro does not verify ownership of that content and is not responsible for copyright infringement committed by the customer when uploading it.

MinistroPro does not grant music licenses, does not manage collecting societies, and is not responsible for content streamed by the customer through AutoDJ, live broadcast, public links, or API.

MinistroPro does not replace professional legal, accounting, tax, or financial advice.

The customer may cancel the subscription through the options available in the platform or by contacting support.

Refunds are reviewed case by case, considering account status, service usage, and the policies of the payment processor.

We may update features, improve modules, fix errors, or modify plans to maintain the security and continuity of the service.

If a material change negatively affects the customer, we will aim to communicate it with reasonable notice.
